Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 40 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp almond sauce
- 200 g Skyr or low-fat quark
- 3 tbsp Verival crispy muesli
